The photo above is a composite image of three S23 Ultra photos each taken in astro-mode on a tripod with a 4 min exposure. Carleton Place, Ont.
Each photo was the original 3000x4000p resolution. The images were cropped laterally to 3:5 aspect ration. They were combined on a 7200x4000 black background image using Win11 Microsoft Paint to preserve full image quality. The resultant aspect ratio of 1.8 for the composite image will project nicely onto a wide screen TV (aspect ration 1.777) with minimal black border.
