Java Ruler
Hold the mouse down and slowly drag down and to the right to define a
rectangular area. When the mouse is released, a solid rectangle with
calibration marks every 10 pixels is formed. Click in the rectangle
to drag and move it. Click outside the rectangle to clear it.
Use this as an on-screen ruler to size up other components. This works
best with the Appletviewer which uses a minimum window frame.
