J/Direct Samples for URLMoniker

The samples below show using J/Direct to access Unicode functions from the urlmon.dll win32 library. The samples were compiled with jvc Version 6.00.8424 using:

jvc /x- demoname.java

and are runnable using:

jview demoname arg

IsValidURL()
