M&M have been captivating audiences with their memorable and enduring songs since 2018. They joined forces with the launch of FabFem, a studio-recording project featuring female lead vocals covering the Beatles songbook. To their credit, they have over 55 recorded songs to date in their home recording studio in Carleton Place.
Growing up in a talented and musical family laid the groundwork for Michel's lifelong love of music. Over the next 50 years (in between a few degrees in Physics) he mastered the lead guitar and vocal harmonies in a variety of bands and duos.
Serenaded by her feisty, country music loving mother, Missy's passion for music also began at an early age. Through her older sisters, she was introduced to the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Gerry & the Pacemakers, and Supremes which strongly influenced Missy's musical career. At age 15, Missy first took to the stage as a singer in her brother-in-law's band.
In this duo, Michel skillfully complements Missy's unique and sultry vocals to provide the ultimate musical experience. M&M's repertoire covers over sixty years and spans many subgenres of rock music, jazz, blues and adult contemporary. They are the perfect pairing, performing music to suit your every mood and event requirements.
