The utility reads the registry setting which indicates the status of this checkbox and displays the status using a Red (messages use html mode) or Green (messages displayed in plain text) along with appropriate status text. The check is performed automatically every 3 seconds. A blank bulb is displayed if, for any reason, the setting is not accessible.
